Welcome to the premiere horror literary convention presented by the Horror Writers Association. Registration for StokerCon 2025 is now available! This year the convention is being hosted by the city of Stamford, Connecticut, at the Hilton Stamford Hotel and Executive Meeting Center. We’re taking over from June 12th through the 15th, 2025.

About me

Sheldon Higdon’s work has appeared in nearly 50 publications. He is also an award-winning screenwriter and currently has a short screenplay being produced in London. He earned an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University and is a member of the Horror Writers Association and the SCBWI (The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.) Sheldon also writes articles for the online magazine Kidsburgh. His debut novel The Eerie Brothers and The Witches of Autumn haunted the world in September 2023. He lives in Pittsburgh.
