Welcome to the premiere horror literary convention presented by the Horror Writers Association. Registration for StokerCon 2025 is now available! This year the convention is being hosted by the city of Stamford, Connecticut, at the Hilton Stamford Hotel and Executive Meeting Center. We’re taking over from June 12th through the 15th, 2025.

About me

Diane Sismour writes poetry, short and long fiction in horror, psychological suspense, and thrillers, and has found a passion in screenwriting. She lives with her husband in eastern Pennsylvania at the foothills of the Blue Mountains and owns and manages Leaser Lake B and B which hosts two writers retreats annually. She’s also a professional ghostwriter for fiction and business letters. Diane is a member of the Horror Writers Association, Romance Writers of America: Kiss of Death chapter, the Lehigh Valley Writers Guild, Bethlehem Writer's Group, the Liberty States Fiction Writers, Sisters in Crime, the Hive Writers Group, Buzztown Writers, and the ARC Studio Community.
